Whatever, whenever, wherever. What ever flower you're getting from us, you'll definitely get the most bang for your buck. When ever you engage us (10am - 10pm), we'll be there in 3 hours (from the time your order is confirmed). If we can't keep our promise, you'll get the bouquet for FREE.
How does Whateverflower work?
Unlike the conventional way of ordering flowers based on the designs available, here at Whateverflower, simply select the main flowers for your bouquet and leave the rest to us! If you would like a specific colour for the main flowers, you may indicate it in the 'special instructions' field and we will try our best to accommodate! How do our offerings differ from those of other florists?
We place great emphasis on value and speed. Did you forget your girlfriend's birthday or your anniversary? Don't worry, we've got your back. By simply selecting your main flower choice, you allow our florists to exercise their creativity in coming up with unique bouquets. This way, we are able to offer you the best value for the freshest flowers we've got for the day!
We promise your bouquet will be delivered in 3 hours within Singapore, from 10am-10pm. Please note that we do not deliver to the following restricted areas.
• Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes
• All military camps
• All PSA ports, including Singapore Cruise Centre
• Selected universities' & other tertiary institutions' campuses
• Sentosa, Tuas, Gul Road, and Pioneer Road
• Jurong Island
How is it possible that you can deliver in 3 hours?
We are a network of the best florists all over Singapore. Whether you're in Orchard, Woodlands, Jurong, Tampines, or Sengkang, be assured that we've got you covered.
Can you deliver at a specific date and time?
We offer a number of options for different time slots for delivery. You may choose from these options: Delivery within the next 3 hours/ 10am-2pm/ 2pm-6pm/ 6-10pm.
What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?
In order to keep the element of surprise, we try to refrain from contacting the recipient. Do ensure the recipient is around to receive the gifts at the scheduled time. Also, provide accurate details, such as delivery address and contact number of the recipient. Do note that if the recipient is not around and we need to redeliver, a redelivery charge will apply.
Can I make changes after I’ve placed an order?
Yes, text us at 9821 2895. Please note we can accept amendments only if the flowers have not been dispatched.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
An order confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided.
How do I make payment?
We accept payment via Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.
Can I request for customisation of my order?
As each bouquet is packed base on the availability of flowers at the time of purchase and at the respective flower shop closest to the delivery address, we are not able to customise.
